This Croatian mountain biking holiday is ideal for the regular cyclist looking for some great cross country off road riding while exploring a hidden corner of Europe. During the holiday, we explore the spidersweb of ancient old roads, tracks and paths provide an excellent network of trails that criss-crosses the countryside and allows us to explore the hills and fertile green valleys that stretch down to the sea. Croatia also has some fine food and wine to offer and on this trip we'll sample the best of it.

Our start point holiday is "the sentinel of Istria" Buje with its hill top location providing a stunning panorama of the area in which you will be riding. From Buje we have a short transfer to the coast before our mountain biking holiday heads inland through vineyards to the beautiful old capital of Istria, Pazin.

From Pazin we follow a trail through the very heart of Istria to Buzet (City of Truffles), and then on into the mountains. After taking a couple of days to explore the spectacular scenery we complete our coast to coast mountain biking holiday by heading down to the sea and the historical town of Lovran.
